Liza is a refugee who fled prosecution in russia for supporting independant media, the LGBTQIA+ community, and for her anti-dictatorship artwork. She is still waiting for the finalization of refugee status, and continues to face economic and social struggles because of it. The money made from these posters go to the artist directly in support of her and her work.
